All claims related to missing items must be reported within 90 days of the order date. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon delivery. Any issues identified after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
For damaged items, please inspect your order within 10 days of delivery and report any issues promptly. This allows us to address your concerns efficiently and ensures that you receive the necessary assistance. Claims for damaged items reported after the 10-day period may not be eligible for resolution.
