Here at Saltyface we care deeply that you are not only satisfied with your purchase, but that you absolutely love the products too. We treat each situation as unique, and if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the items you ordered please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
Returns
If you’ve had a change of heart about your purchase, we’re here to help. Our standard return policy still applies — we accept unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and returns are free.

Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
Limited edition, discounted, promotional, seasonal, or third-party partner items may be non-refundable, final sale, or only eligible for store credit. Final sale items are non-refundable.
For Summer Shop items, Aqua Flip Flops and The Summer Towel are final sale and are not eligible for return.
That said, we want you to feel happy with your Saltyface experience. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to our team at hello@saltyface.ca and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We are happy to help! Our team will make every effort to accommodate cancellations or order changes. But we cannot guarantee all requests will be accommodated. If a modification is not possible, we will always provide an alternate solution. For assistance with these requests, kindly contact us at hello@saltyface.ca.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Reach out to us at hello@saltyface.ca as soon as you notice the error as we may be able to stop the order!
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout and may not be able to provide a replacement.
Received Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Product
This is definitely not the experience we were hoping for you to have! Please reach out to us at hello@saltyface.ca with the order number, and a picture of the damaged, faulty or incorrect product. We will be more than happy to assist you in getting a replacement or a Gift Card for the full amount of your order, so you can repurchase.
If your package was damaged in transit and you added Route Package Protection, feel free to start the claim process. Head to claims.route.com, their team will be happy to help.
Brush Warranty
At Saltyface, we design each of our products with the utmost care and commitment to quality. Our Brush Collection—including Brush No. 1, Brush No. 2, and Brush No. 3—is backed by a one-year warranty from the original purchase date. Everything we make is intentionally designed to meet the highest standards, and we stand by the products that we make.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Before sending in a claim, note that slight bristle shredding is normal, especially on the first use. We recommend reading our care guide and try washing and reshaping the bristles to ensure that your current brush can’t be restored prior to requesting a new one, as we would like to reduce waste.
To initiate a claim, email our team at hello@saltyface.ca with a message describing the issue, a clear photo of the defect, and a confirmation of purchase (if available).
Warranty Limitations
- The warranty covers defects up to one year from the date of purchase.
- Consumers can file claims for replacement brushes only; refunds or cash value are not provided.
- Saltyface reserves the right to approve or decline any warranty claim at our discretion.
- If a product has been discontinued, we may offer a replacement with a similar item of equal value, depending on inventory.
- This warranty applies only to brushes purchased from Saltyface.com, Saltyface.ca, or authorized retailers.
- Replacement products can be shipped to the US or Canada only.
- The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including but not limited to stained brushes or bristles, logo wear, or scratches on handles.
- A maximum of two replacements per brush are allowed for manufacturing defects.
